Start with a champagne bowl vase; fill the champagne bowl vase stem with crystal acrylic diamonds.

Next fill with water 1 to 1 1\2 inches from the rim (top) of the vase.

Add your choice of colored or neutral floating or oil candles and surround the base of the champagne bowl vase with crystal acrylic diamonds, a few silk rose petals (the rose petals help add color) and votive candles.
